The Technology Application Programme (TAP) is a comprehensive software support scheme which includes benefits such as FREE product upgrades, training classes and help-desk support.

The TAP is an annual subscriber scheme for software support. All customers are given one years membership free with any new product purchased. TAP software maintenance fees are payables on a yearly basis.

We believe that our after sale customer care service is key in ensuring success.  We have not been successful until you begin to enjoy the benefits for yourself.  Our TAP Technology Support Engineers are available during UK Office hours by Email, Fax or Telephone to assist you with any queries, concerns or problems you may have regarding software maintenance.

The software maintenance scheme aims to maximise the benefits of Geometric Process Control technology for each individual user. Additional software support can be found online through the new Independent Curvaceous User Group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/gpcug.
